@EmrysM I just watched all of her Youtube videos, and wow just wow this is one lady who has something wrong with her head. Maybe she is bored? Unhappy with her life so she has to upset others? Power-tripping of others breaking petty laws like parking a bike in a car space? It seems she is the cause of her unhappiness she is the one provoking all the other people. If I was her neighbours I would get a lawyer as this is harassment.
