No worries...95% of the 50,000 bees were saved. I wonder who got the honey?

  • If bees wernt currently fighting for their very existance from that stupid virus thats wiped most of them out - i wouldnt care if he raided them all.

  • Normally, I would not give a whit about the lives of these little buggers, but because bee's are dying all over the world, I think trying to relocate these little fellers makes good sense.

  • The cool thing about bees is that the "animal" IS the entire hive, a single worker is meaningless, but the entire hive has far reaching capabilities like reckoning, supplies gathering, defense mechanisms, intelligence gathering, etc, etc. Amazing!

    • @BlackMamba

Bees are an incredibly important part of our ecosystem and the destruction we have wreaked on them in the past 100 years is unimaginable. It would be comparable to genocide for humans. Thankfully there are good people like this who care and pay attention to other creatures. We don't own this planet, and we have no right to end a billion years of natural selection.

Yep, kudos to the guy, I would have probably been lazy and just use insecticide. After watching this video I will think of this much better solution in the very unlikely event that such a thing happens to my home.

  • What a great thing to do, I'd have kept the honey and gave it to Honey Badger but he don't give a shit.

  • I give the guy credit, he spent a lot of time and a lot of money when he could've had an exterminator come in there and just kill them all for half the price.
