He started rolling at the yellow light but the point of impact is when the light is green for the white car. The moron in the BMW was late on the light and got pwned. Legally speaking, in USA, BMW is at fault.

yes, the white car jumped the green light but the other one tried to beat the red. I'm pretty sure he gunned down on the pedal the moment he saw the yellow light - instead of slowing down to stop.

@dbm4891 The line of the intersection is basically the lime of demarcation for traffic like runners. If you cross that line then you are running the light.
