i live 30 min from hartford. it sure is a hell hole. the driver was probably from west hartford and on his way to pick up crack and panicked. scum. how do people just drive by as well. wouldnt any normal person just stop so no one else can even come close to the guy, you know, blocking the scene off.

no its not. it has some nasty spots. but nothing like a real ghetto. the city itself is fairly bland. all suits and office building. the outskirts are trashy. crazy wealthy in cetain areas. plenty of money here in connecticut.
