This video is part of an ongoing project to build a retrospective TV archive made exclusively for the LL community on my Retro TV channel at
http://www.liveleak.com/c/Retro_TV_
This was also later syndicated as Black Sheep Squadron. Originally aired from 1976 - 78. A time when the nation appeared to be dying a slow disco death. You'll see what I'm talking about if you watch the commercial I put in on the end.
The theme music to this show was once again created by that dynamic duo Mike Post and Pete Carpenter, who penned many a favorite theme that people have enjoyed over the decades. You'd probably be surprised how many popular themes they created.
Be sure to tune into the Retro TV channel as we explore and discuss the heyday of TV with those popular (and maybe not so popular), obscure, funny and forgotten themes and credits.
Please comment on what you think of the presentation format. Suggestions for the series and how it could develop over time always welcome in the video and Retro TV channel comments sections.

Awesome. One of my favorite shows when I was a kid.
What is really amazing when you think about it is this was filmed roughly 32-34 years after the events depicted during WWII. And Baa Baa Black Sheep was filmed roughly 36 years ago, so more time has passed since this was on TV than between WWII and when it was filmed. Kind of crazy. I'm getting old.

The Pilot episode for the show lacked the grittyness of later episodes.

Don't regret. It's was just a comment. You'll have more and I'm sure you'll be able to put that little extra panache into one next time!
Good luck!

That's interesting. You shouldn't have to scroll down to the video unless your monitor is the size of a postage stamp.
That's one vote against a bit of trivia. I had several people say they wanted the link and write up. Thanks for the input. I'll keep it in mind.

I'm pretty torn. Looking at Swayze tossing his hair back, the music and dancing kind of grates me the wrong way. But I'm pretty sure he got lots of sex, so then I wish I were in his shoes. If that meant I would have had to disco, then so be it! lol

So Patrick Swayze was a beer commercial douche BEFORE he was a movie douche. Wow!
And John Laroquette was in a television series 15 years BEFORE he was the douche prosecutor on "Night Court". Wow!
Hollywood seems to hire, promote and even, enjoy douchebags.

@Nepean109
A lot of stars got their start in commercials, nothing surprising about that.
Laroquette's career in TV goes back as far as the mid 60's I believe.
Who doesn't enjoy douchebags? Clean vaginas are pleasant.
