Cesar Laurean Captured In Mexico

Cesar Laurean, wanted for the murder of a fellow Marine and her unborn child, has been captured in a remote, mountainous region of Mexico. Laurean was arrested by NCIS, FBI, and Mexican authorities in the state of Michoacan.
