Images from surveillance cameras at a warehouse for building materials questioned the actions of eight police Route (RoundsOctensivas Tobias de Aguiar), regarded as the elite troops of the PM Sao Paulo, and were used in the revocation of the arrest offour suspects drug trafficking.The PMs were filmed by mixing a white powder in a drum which they said was cocaine. Based on images in the internal affairs of the PM investigates the amount of drugs presented by men of the route to the Civil Police, if they took part or not the white powderand the degree of purity of the material.
Of the 19 MPs who were in the warehouse, three are official.Eight were shot to mix the white powder on the drum. They saythat the powder was 17.5 kilograms of cocaine.
By law, PMs should have preserved the site and how the white powder was found. For Justice, the images left no doubt on the "materiality" of the crime of trafficking in drugs attributed to the four accused by police of Rt.
The MPs said the Civil Police have seized the white powder in abag that would be four of them charged with drug trafficking.
The other 11 PMs are investigated for covering up the other inoperation October 20, 2009, St. Mary Magdalen in the Park(east).
In May 2010, the Court sent the images to the Secretary of Public Security, Antonio Ferreira Pinto, so he took action.
The PMs recorded by mixing the powder is Second LieutenantBaker Phelipe Regonato, Warrant Officer Sergio SantanaAntonio Smith, Corporal Smith Andrews and soldiers JoséBezerra Leite, Elenilton Alves Gomes, Alexis Roman Cesario,Silvio Leal and Andre Luiz Carvalho de Oliveira Junior.
