Some seem to be in very good condition.
You can see new weapon load-outs and ammo brought up next to them for mounting.
Some destroyed.
I am sure most have taken damage from the siege as well.

The fact that Assad could not garrison enough troops to hold the base or send a relief force during the siege indicates a marked weakening of his forces.

Also, notice in all of these videos being posted how the FSA are acting like tourists wandering around the base and not one air raid by Assad's airforce to interrupt them
