I heard that Occupy Knoxville was camped out downtown so I went to check it out one evening. I guess it got chilly that night because apparently they went back to occupy their moms' basements.

I was in Anchorage 2 weeks ago. There were 3 people "occupying". The loud one came out to the street and yelled..."I've been a professional student for 40 years!" No joke, he was responding to someone that told him to get a job!

This vid is perfect proof of how strong the movement is. By the looks of your courthouse, you live in bumfuck egypt. And even people are protesting there. Shit i drove through fargo, north dakota last week on my way to winnipeg and there were 100+ people occupying downtown. it doesn't get any more remote than that.

@circularlife We have two large universities teeming with lefty larva, who love this kind of event. Back on 4/15/09 that courthouse lawn was FILLED with about 2000 for a tea party. Big difference in crowd size. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all points of view/dissent. These folks on our square were decent, peaceful folk who, although I may disagree with much of their positions, have just as much of a right as any one of us to say what's on their minds.
