Most likely all the occupants on the left side of the car died... which is not a problem, really.

Isn't changing lanes in a tunnel (solid line too) illegal in most countries? If the driver of the car-cam stayed in his lane the accident may have been avoided. Then again, if the other car was in the left lane....
Blah blah blah.....
All said, I have never been in a tunnel where you can make turns to "other tunnels" or exits either.
