C'mon. The earth is warming. Nobody can legitimately deny that.
I've heard some lunatics say that since 1998 was the warmest year on record, and because we aren't breaking records each year, it's gotten cooler since then.
Despite the fact that climate is bigger than year-by-year data, and that the last decade was the warmest on record, people still latch onto this impossible hypothesis that the earth is cooling down again. It just isn't...
Please dissuade your tendencies to associate science to a particular person or a political affiliation. It shuts down your ability to objectively evaluate information. Those of you that already think this is all about government control and a takeover of economies are probably beyond recovery, but for the rest of you, data is data.
Is is possible that man is the sole cause of global warming? I doubt it, and so should you. However, can human activity affect local and global climates? You bet.

do you think the warming can be stopped? and how would it be stopped? If global warming is such a huge cause for concern then why doesnt america sign up to emmission reduction? America wants to keep pumping co2 into the atmosphere but it also thinks that money can offset the effects! Co2 is breathed in by plants in turn they produce oxygen. Maybe the problem is the fact that deforestation is killing all the plants which in turn reduces their capability to recycle co2, the globalists just want your money thats all, they dont care about global warming.

Diseases can be conteolled through LARGE INVESTMENTS OF FINANCIAL RESORCES. Are diseases not natural? How is this any different?

The suns intensity is what controls our climate and it CANT be controlled so i think taxing the people is a waste of time and only fills the pockets of the greedyelite who think we are too dumb to realise this. Should we then stop using sunscreen and investing in sunglasses, since nothing stops the strength of the sun's rays? Should we then stop investing in earthquake resistant architecture since nothing can stop earthquakes? Or perhaps we should stop stockpiling vaccines and food since nothing can stop diseases and famine...?
Seems to me your entire argument that we should do nothing to influence what we can control because since we can't control everything, it's a waste of money anyway.
To those ends you've evidently argued with hyperbole so as to present this concept the sun is somehow the only factor inthe equation of climatology.

Im not sure if your old enough to remember, but in the 70's world scientists were convinced the world was cooling and in the UN General Assembel, Jimmy Carter warned the world of the coming ice age. Sound familiar?
