A Olympic Committee member has managed to sneak this out from the headquarters to show his disgust at the amount of money that will be spent on the ceremony. First quotes stood at at least £15 million would be spent just on the opening ceremony. After careful consideration the amount has been reduced by 'slimming' down the event.
