Yes it is a modular bus with a swivel rear. However, I do not think that is the issue the guy is freaking out over. I think he is more concerned about the events of a turn @ 0:26 when the bus trailer end goes into what he may perceive as a "death wobble", which may/may not cause the rear end to topple over, torquing the rest of the bus with it. Not saying that would have happened, but it did cause concern for him, none the less.
