Bear in Ohio escapes multiple captors
Police placed honey buns near the tree to lure the bear down while
firefighters doused it with water and a snow fence was erected around

@Blklight Black bears are everywhere and rarely mess with people or pets. I see them all the time. The bear would have likely waited for night fall and left.

That's suburban Cleveland. When I was a kid-- raised not far from there-- there simply were no bears in that area at all.
You can tell the emergency services had no idea how to handle the situation.
