first of all: whats do you think those guys in organge shirts are? you know that shirt with the print: Resgata (Rescue)? And someone have to remove the helmet.. and they did obviously pretty professional, as he his neck is better of with the neckbrace during transport. Unqualified comment

@Caligula the helmet should be left on if you are a bystander trying to help, but for qualified medical personnel, as long as someone is holding c-spine to prevent further neck injury, it is better to stabilize them on a backboard and have access to the injuries treat them appropriately. These medics did a good job and moved quickly at that.

While all of us wear jackets and shirts monday to friday being someones else slave, what you call a job.He could have done the same but he chose what he loved.Of course there are dangers involved if your office looks like a dirt bike 30 feet up in the air..so calm the fuck down.
