Lego Man get's sent into space.
Two High-School Students from Toronto have sent the first LEGO man into space.
Their Balloon Reached 80,000 feet and stayed up for over 74 minutes.

Almost outer space! And to think that someone got even higher, - MIG 25 - He reached 37,650 metres (123,520 ft) in the 70s which is still the absolute altitude record for an airplane (zoom climb)

I'd say it's the moon in the distance.
The "ufo" isn't moving in any direction from what I can tell, the camera is panning and tilting.
