  • As earlier said, except it was Northern Alliance plus SAS & SBS CIA and a few American Special forces.-The prisoners had arms hidden in their clothing and took down one CIA Integator and SAS & SBS units were backing up the CIA operatives and they called them in to quell the uprising alongside the Alliance. The taliban did not surrender and they got the obvious ending.
British TV sometime ago brought this up about SAS and SBS involvement -obviously some US network has taken the story up.

Dude shut your mouth it was because the prison was run by the Northern Alliance and a few CIA members. If you were not so dumb you would have heard that. and the man being interviewed was American smart ass.

  • An SOS went out to all available units. Pretty much all of the Special Operations units within 2 hours of the compound responded. A lot of SAS, SBS, some CIA, a lot of Army SF, possible Delta (ya never really know where they are), Air Force SF, a small handful of SEALs perhaps. It was just a rush to get there by all available units.

Yes about 5 years ago, there was SAS fighting there. It is where they captured that American fighting with the Taliban. This footage is from a BBC programme i think, i remember watching it a while back.

  • Two questions:

Where did all of these weapons and ammo come from?
Why are US Special Forces arriving in local taxi vans?
