Part of channel(s): Liveleakers (promoted)Yep. Just another day in NZ. This was when we lived in town & rescued an orphan lamb, we had to give it away cos our backyard was the size of a garage. Now we live on 2 1/2 acres but don't actually have any sheep :D
No death in this clip, but I can confirm the lamb was slaughtered a couple of months later and was delicious. Pass the mint sauce please

@Ally_Gator Yeah I live by that rule. Had to give away one of our cows cos I got too close to it! Couldn't eat it in the end. He was so cute!!

Wow. You "rescued" a lamb. Allowed it to basically become a part of your family and play with your dog and cat. Then gave it away, apparently knowing that it would be killed...and seemed to be quite pleased with yourself. That makes you a pretty horrible person, doesn't it?

@Juujigun Awww dude, we didn't eat it! & I have a rule about not eating pets. But yeah someone somewhere probably did. That lovely packaged meat you buy in a supermarket actually comes from a real animal!

@Juujigun NO, this doesn't make ANYONE a horrible person. It just makes you a totally hypocrit if you EVER eaten lamb before.
Personally, I would rather eat a lamb that I had raised than a lamb that was raised by someone else.

@Rebel_Radius Yeah that's what we're tryin to do on our land but it's hard, had 3 calves (for meat) and had to sell one cos he was so cute! But gotta harden up, I eat/love meat & think it's better they have a good life with us then buying meat we don't know where it came from.

@Juujigun Do you eat meat? Seafood? eggs? Dolpins? Whales - aparently they're pretty big in Japan. Your a hyprocite if you sit there at your table munching on meat that came from animals you never knew,& call me horrible. At least I know where my meat comes from & it had a good life.
