  • I'm still trying to understand how it took _that_ long for this induhvidual to figure out it's not the tires that are producing smoke?

    • If you do burnouts down here in Oz, they will take your car away - anti-hoon laws.

    • thats a tire shop not a dealer.
he was going to burn the tires because he was about to buy new ones.
what happened was he applied the brakes while the traction control was on.
par for the course with a corvette owner, they are usually dumber than shit when it comes to cars.

    • It would be perfect if neither one was the owner. "Uhmmm, sir, could you come down to the shop? There's a problem with your car."

    • @wozzoo yeah the first car with manual transmission that i had (84 sentra), there was a couple times I started in second gear like a noob and just rode the clutch to get it rolling. smelled like a dead animal. The car in the vid must have smelled worse than a sack full of assholes.

  • There is no way that this guy could have been this dumb. I get the impression that this is staged or he simply has been doing this for so long its why his clutch went.

If you're replacing your tires at 8K, you are probably not treating the car right.

  • Seems like he is just that dumb. He even pulls the latch for the trunk first.

  • HA HAH HAH!!!! FRICKIN MORON! Surprise,,, you just got a $4000 clutch job dweeb!!

  • There is no way those brakes can hold that clutch if it was working properly. Most probably the tires and the clutch were shot from to much of this sort of crap.

  • I understand how Traction Control works. Prevents the wheels from spinning / slipping. So, in non-mechanic talk... how would revving the engine with TC on work? What part did he smoke? The clutch or something else? Either way... expensive. The target age group for Corvettes in Vancouver... guys 60 .

    "What was it then?"
    "I don't know..."
    LOL morons

    "bye-bye 600 dollars!"
    More like 5000 asshole
