I think this is a repost. Her Muay Thai technique is pretty tight for just a kid, she stays on her toes, turns her hips when she kicks and rolls her shoulders when she throws punches. Technique usually seen in someone much older.
Hitting pads is one thing, sparring is another animal. Great martial art even if you just do it for fun and fitness.
