Doesn't make sense to me, looks more like someone of unknown origin shot the old man in a car and the others are arguing what to do. There is way to much care for the old man, just look at how they handle him. I would need a complete transcript to make up my mind. If they were truly terrorists they would have just shot him and left him in the car.

I appreciate your post, but I suspect you are not entirely accurate.
I can hear a lot of talk about Bashar and I can see lots of close shots of the man's wounds.
My naive impression is that this is someone shot at a checkpoint and then filmed by the opposition.
The title is quite probably wrong.
