This can all be fixed by NOT allowing an increase in the debt ceiling. Mr. Boehner gave Obama his budget and now its Obummer's job to stay within it. There is plenty of waste, fraud and unnecessary spending that can be cut immediately. But Obummer can only think of one thing to cut... SOCIAL SECURITY. If social security checks don't go out it will be because Obamma decided this is the best thing to cut.
