      Well, it's featured now so the title stays the same. Just from looking at the comments, it's pretty clear that viewers don't see any brutality what-so-ever. I sure didn't see any brutality.Cops were actually pretty nice to the guy taking him to the ground.

      Maybe the uploader thought that by making such a bullshit over the top title would promise it to be featured,which it did.

      Don't fight with the cops, and they will almost never use ANY force on you. Unless it is for their safety in a situation you created.
