    • @safetychuck2 They do that to peaceful surrenders too in the U.S... You should review a few of those vids again, where the guy gets out of the car with his hands up while they are screaming and yelling at him, then when they get to him they throw him on the ground and twist his arms forcefully behind his back... Once a cop tailgated the car i was in for miles only a few feet from the bumper and then pulled us over for supposedly swerving... yeah duh we were paying attention to the rear view won More..

    • @EmrysM I think you were pulled over for a reason, and now you want to cry to someone about it. I'm the wrong guy. And most of those peaceful surrenders you talk about come after the police have chased them for quite some time, and they have caused injury to others while fleeing. The fact that they are fleeing is reason enough to take no chances while making the arrest...they are running for a reason.

    • @safetychuck2 I can tell you in complete honesty that noone was charged with a crime. They just pulled that shit and moved on after making everyone in the car take breathalyzer tests and running all of our records while we were in hand cuffs... They were fishing for something on a bet that they lost. Of course we were swerving, so that's fine, right? Tailgating a car on a curvy back road and scaring the shit out of people is just all in a days work for them right, that's their job?

    • @skerne I have never seen a LAW abiding citizen pull a gun on a cop, just criminals. So yes, some idiots own guns and pull them on cops...they are called criminals. They have those guns because law abiding citizens in some liberal areas are not allowed to defend themselves, making the CRIMINALS job that much easier.

      The cops are aggressive because these criminals are all to happy to pull their ILLEGAL weapon on an officer. Safety first, because you don't often get a second chance in that line o More..

  • The Norwegian police just let things run their course and then write tickets to any guilty survivors. Just as in many European countries their goal is not to thwart criminals it is just to arrest them afterwards, thus the emphasis on widespread surveillance. I will take a more effective, though sometimes overzealous, police force. BTW the reason for the aggressive take downs is to protect the police, They are quite vulnerable when trying to place cuffs on the bad guys.
