How the fuck did this guy not get shot? Probably because he could have seriously posed a threat. If you sell lemonade in your front yard without a permit, God knows you'll get 3 or 4 cops showing up to shut you down. Stand around a busy gas station for 30 minutes in prison orange and tumbleweeds pass by.
