Man drives off with cop on car bonnet
A man in China has been sentenced to one year in jail after driving off with a police officer clinging to the bonnet of his car. The incident occurred at a toll booth in East China's Xuancheng city, where the driver had been pulled over for having no licence plates on his car. As the traffic officer approached the car, the driver accelerated. The officer jumped onto the bonnet to avoid being run over, and was taken for a ride that lasted some 200 metres. A passing SUV managed to block the highway so police could stop the car and arrest the driver. The man was found without a driver's licence, and he had reportedly removed the plates to avoid being identified.

China is so oppresive! Sentencing that man to a year in prison. In the ♫ ♫ land of the free, ♫ the home of the brave, ♫ the glorius USA that man would be in prison for the rest of his life. If he survives being arrested, tasered and tortured for hours on end before his speedy trial. We really enjoy taking peoples lives away here in the good olde USA.
