It took 5 burly guards to help remove 13yo Sasha Pehtelevu who weighs in at 180kg ( 28st or 396lb).

Sasha who was taken to hospital needed to have a boil removed from his leg which was in danger of poisoning him if was'nt acted upon quickly.

The operation was a success and the boy left the hospital under doctor supervision.

5 years ago,Sasha was orphaned after his mother died from cancer and his father denied any parental rights over the boy.

Sasha has had disabilities from birth suffering from a rare genetic defect - Prader-Willi syndrome, characterized by excessive obesity and learning difficulties.
