Was the toddler fitting around to pseudo-random noise, with glowsticks and a whistle, telling every one how much she loves them and generally acting like a complete dick?
Seriously though, those ************s should be thrown in jail. I've taken my fair share of MDMA (assuming that's what this was) and its bad enough when you're an adult and you take something approaching an uncomfortable dose.

******* parenting at its worst. Fragile young minds need proper guidance. This story is sickening. I like menolikey's idea in conjunction with loi13's - however, I would prefer they go in through the nostrils to perform the procedure.

I'm glad they are checking into that video because it was a bit disturbing. It does show they are watching. I would also mention you better have good anti virus software because my system has been blocking a lot of trojan viruses coming from Live Leak.
