An Oklahoma police officer is facing disciplinary action after using a Taser on a woman in custody. The incident was caught on surveillance video.

Nakina Willams was arrested on a public intoxication complaint. In the video, Williams is seen in handcuffs and appears to be arguing with the McAlester officer when he uses a Taser on her.The
department says the officer did violate its policy on handling Tasers.

Documents show the officer is on a two-week suspension and will have to undergo more training.
