Honor Flight is a organization which is providing WWII veterans an all expense paid trip to Washington DC to their memorial and other sites. The last flight this year from Florida will leave from Ft. Myers on May 14, 2011. I am a member of the Rotary Club Hardee County, which will send 9 of our vets on this trip. Their age ranges from 84 to 92 years old. What a fun group.
Watch the movie and have some tissue paper handy.....you will need it.
