  • Things that are misleading here:

    1) President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act which was passed by *Congress*. That is not dictatorship
    2) The indefinite detention section was but a very small part of the bill. That section has already been ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge. That is Balance of Powers at work, not dictatorship.
    3) The need for a formal declaration of war by congress prior to commencing any military action is not necessary. There is plenty of case law a More..
