Are these people known as Weeghuirs that have been popping up occassionally on terror watch lists? Western china? I remember reading about a few being held in Guantanamo, were going to be released, yet the prisoners vehemently did not want to return to China, I guess they knew what was in store for them if they were extridited back to China

It's only a small city in China.I don't know whether it is real or not.
But we have journalist...If it's real,and you tell the journalist,they would go that city and tell the people what happens there.then the leader of that city will be sent to prison.
You could put the video here,then you could also send it to CCTV.
They have send many bad city leaders to prison.
