PRCA Cowboy / Cpl Chris Mason spoke these words on his last visit to Life church in Mobile Alabama before he returned to Iraq. He lost his life 44 days later after being ambushed by Al-Qaeda terrorist... At the time of his death Cpl Mason was "holding tight and standing firm".

Outstanding tribute. This guy lived a fuller life in 32 years that most of us will in a lifetime. Looks like he was the type to always serve others, first the professional bullriders then his country and his platoon.

Wow, bullfighter and paratrooper. The more I learn about Corporal Mason, the more I love him. Wish we could have met here on Earth, but look forward to meeting him in Paradise.
