There are two groups at least with Sham in their name.
This one - Sham Falcons Brigade is a Salafist group well known for murders and throat slitting
Then there is Ansar Al-Sham - also known as Al Qa'ida in Syria. Exclusively made up of foreign fighters and funded and armed directly from Saudi Arabia - also well known for gruesome killing and suicide bombing.
Rasengan supports both and loves posting videos of them slitting throats and shooting prisoners.

who says they attacked it alone...if you look at the tanks, they're pointed in an other direction.
Probable the bmp is part of a combined/larger attack. also keep in mind that they might use the newer version of armour piercing ammo
(PG-9)which seems to be quite effective (at least what I personally have seen of it...) I hear rocket fire too.
