HELLO PEOPLE!


I thought long and hard as to whether I should post this or not, mainly because there are many of us (including myself) that dont put too much "faith" in religion. The reason being, IMHO, is that we see too much of the BULLSHIT that religion tries to shove down our throats.

This is unfortunate though. Like many things in life...we can ALWAYS learn from things, regardless of the degree of rediculousness that some things seem to offer (or not).

Quite often, there are great messages in things that we are all too quick to refute BECAUSE of our already determined attitudes.

I bring to you ALL a great documentary about a monk/priest named Father Thaddeus. He is from Serbia, and is an Orthodox follower. For those that do not know, the Orthodox religion is in many ways similar to Christianity...but much older.

Listen to this man...for those that have trouble hearing "God" this and "God" that...dont pay attention to it. F. Thaddeus relays a very wonderfull LIFE EXPERIENCE, that if you pay attention, can hold it's weight regardless if you belive in God.

He is so down to earth, and incredibly spiritual, that you will have a hard time finding his opinions fruitless.

AGAIN, I'm not very religious...but I do concider myself VERY spiritual. I am always open to hearing others experiences because I wholeheartedly agree that we have most to gain from EACH OTHER in this world.

There are 6 parts to this, about 5-6 min each. Do yourselves a favor and take this time to listen to a very intelligent individual who has spent his entire life in search of what it means to be a true human being.

Also, as you all may know by now...I'm one of the biggest dumbasses on LL...at least with some of my comments :)~ ...but I am far from ignorant. I believe MOST of us fall into this catagory.


May we all learn to be more caring to oursleves...and ultimatley to all others in out lifetime.
