From what I understand, the company man (BP boss on the rig) decided to use seawater instead of the heavy mud normally used prior to cementing in a well. That decision was neglient at best and possibly criminal since it deviated from the drilling plan submitted, shich could be a federal violation.
If this is true, BP personnel are directly responsible. Include that with a non-working blowout preventor and both BP and the rig owner are responsible for this disaster.

Why is it always called a "spill"? There was nothing harnessed yet. According to this footage, they were going to cap the source and come back to draw it out. This is really more of a "leak". Caused by a gas leak, and now there is a leak in the pipes under water. "Spill" implies it was an accident.

dont you see, the NWO wanted the oil leak on purpose. this was all engineered, tons of BP stock was sold right before this catastrophe. this is just part 2 of the economic crisis, they just wiped out the heart and soul of americas south. all the industries down their that people have cultivated and passed down from one generation to another, its all gone. the NWO/illuminati just wiped out the working class and nobody even realized it.
