Robin Trower performs his Bridge Of Sighs (album originally released 1974) classic, "Too Rolling Stoned".
Recorded by the famous WDR Rockpalast on Robin Trower's 60th birthday, March 9th 2005 at the Rockpalast Crossroads Festival in Bonn, Germany. Trower's career has spanned more than four decades and he is considered to be one of the finest guitarists in Rock n' Roll history. He spent the early 60's playing guitar in various London based outfits, and received his big break 1967 joining Procol Harum. After leaving Procol Harum 5 years later, Trower embarked on his solo career and found great success.

Made ma day Smyle , I was playing in Scotland at the same time as Davey Pattison , we're from the same town , Paisley . Ronnie Montrose needed a singer and , found wee Pattison somehow , he'd done some recording , so I think they were signed to the same label . He went on to have a great career , played with some greats , e.g. Trower .
When he toured with Montrose he gave a mate in Glasgow a Peavey 110 amp custom made for Santana , I ended up with it . Best amp I ever had , after the valves h More..

BTW He's a better guitar player than singer , lotta guys at the time considered him the best among us . When another guitarist joined his band and was a better singer , wee Davey took a back seat and let him sing most of the songs . He's got false teeth btw , since he was a teenager .

Bridge of Sighs is a great album. Trower is one of the best players ever. Doesn't get enough credit though.

Too Rolling Stoned was his best song in my opinion,my aunt gave me this album "Bridge Of Sighs" when I was like 15 when she decided to donate all of her old albums to me. Legendary guitar player that does not get enough recognition,as usual another great find and upload courtesy of SMYLE! voted.

Great Band. Someday we need to have a talk about the age thing. Just not today. A pile of 70 year old naked groopies is to much for now.
