There's something about such calculated violence that compels the viewer to consider the shared humanity between himself and the victims - hopes for the future, regrets from the past, parents, wives, children.
Then, of course, one remembers that these particular victims most likely engaged in similar acts. I suppose all these pictures teach is the rapidity with which life can end. Appreciate the time you have, I guess.
