He's making a valid point that BP is using dispersants for no other reason than liability. BP needs to stop using them because its doing a lot more damage than the oil alone. You're making it sound like he's being a jerk for trying to call BP out on dumping toxins on top of toxins. Not sure I understand why being a Democrap has anything to do with the point he's making about the potential for further damage to the environment.
