French guy begging for money in the street for over a year
He said he was a French and got everything stolen by thieves. He just wanted to ask for moeny enough for a flight back to France, but the vendors said he had been begging in the street for over a year and might be a scammer.

I know of a professional beggar near to where I live who makes good money from begging, he only 'works' Thurs-Sunday nights. I really dislike these characters, I haven't met any who want to work and nearly all are drug addicts. I've tried to help one or two over the years with employment etc but it's always rejected.

Read some interesting posts by people about these types, they seem to refuse work 90% of the time because they can make more panhandling per hour than the 15-20 an hour most people offer them for usual work rates..
