A US missile and a warhead were seized this weekend in Hermosillo by military personnel and State Police of Public Security. In the operation they arrested Jesus Enrique Soto Cecena, 41 years old.

Through a statement it was reported that the siezure was part of joint operations that routinely performs the State Public Security Police (PESP), with support staff of the Fourth Military Region of the Ministry of National Defense (SEDENA).

The Hydra 70 rocket is a weapon derived from the 70 mm (2.75 inch) Mk 4/Mk 40 Folding-Fin Aerial Rocket developed by the United States Navy for use as a free-flight aerial rocket in the late 1940s.

That type of weapon is called air to air missiles and is used by the U.S. Army in dogfights because its more effective than machine guns or cannons for combat in the aircraft of the U.S. Air Force.
