  • I don't need no head-cam mount, I just duct tape my camera to my forehead! (Saves on hairspray too) >:)

I have a tiny little Fern & Hersh(?) video camera that's lighter than a Biro and measures 1 inch wide, 1/2 inch deep and about 3 inches tall that I bought for 9.99. My plan is to mount it on a kite and see what happens; I keep looking for cheap RC helicopters for my experiment, but haven't found one at the right price as yet. The Cam is the same one the Bandit uses on this yoursay More..

    • @Smudgen I have heard the go pro is a good camera. Sony makes a good camera also. The last one i had used a floppy disc for storage lol. that tells you how old that one was!

    • @SmudgenThey are kick ass cameras dude! I just got a new one and it's mind blowing at how great the quality is. There are some drawbacks, but with some extra money you can get all the bells and whistles. I'll try and get a new vid up soon! Hope all is well bud.

Can ya name some drawbacks when ya have time ?
I'm gonna use it like my usual vid type , but maybe some actual riding parts as well.

    • @Smudgen Here are a few, like I said most of them can be resolved with accessories they sell for the cams. One huge draw back is not being able to see what you are shooting, you have to spend extra money for an LCD screen that attaches to it. Doesn't work well in low lighting. I notice in a lot of your vids you shoot night time or dusk and this camera really struggles in those situations (although the newer gopro is much much better). The battery life can go quite fast (depending on the temperat More..
