@fuub Happens with cars all the time too. Your making a left hand turn and the guy on the inner right side waves you through since traffic is slowed or stopped. But the guy on the outer right lane doesn't see you (often because the guy waving you through is in a van) and kaboom.

If someone just went out of their way to cause hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars of damage to my property while also putting me in a situation where I could be seriously injured or worse with the sole purpose of scamming money out of me I can't say that I wouldn't have done the same.

She was waiting for the van, the van slowed and probably waved her across. The bike was going too fast and she didn’t see him. I thought insurance scams were a light hit for a few bucks, not disfiguring suicide missions.

@The Russian she had ample time to pass BEFORE the van even had to slow down for her. if she's so stupid so as to not bother checking for incoming cars on the right-most lane then it's her fault she got hit. if i were in her position, i'd walk in front of the van after it had slowed down, then check for incoming cars
