In Wisconsin, with the state workers unions, the state actually deducts union dues from paychecks automatically from every employee covered by a contract. It doesn't matter whether a person ever officially joins the union or not. Whatever union bargains for a particular contract, that union gets dues from everybody affected by that contract.   • #1 problem with Unions of today is that they don't police their own ranks; thus, offer protections undue to lazy, unproductive, bitching slouches.
