  • Ban the burka! If someone ran into a jewelry store wearing a face mask or a costume mask you would know immediately what their intentions are. But because the burka is religious we must bend to the wishes of Muslims. Well too fucking bad, you aren't in your home country anymore. We don't care why you wear it. If you want to be accepted i our society you must make concessions.

    • @ScaleBoy But at the same time Muslims feel that the Quran is saying to have their faces covered. Whatever the reason, which I honestly don't give a shit about, it isn't accepted in the West nor do I feel it ever will. I personally see half a dozen Muslims a day at work and they wear simple scarfs around their head with their face completely exposed. I have no problem with this.

      i remember hearing a story in america about ppl dressing as nuns and robbed a bank....do we ban nuns from wearing their outfits in public as well.

      it is cultural and not religious. i know plenty of non muslim men who make their wives wear make up or the women feel they are ugly and have to hide their ugliness with make up....i guess the burqa is a lot less expensive solution

      their quran doesnt say to cover the face. the burqa is cultural not religious....its like how some men make their women wear make up to hide their ugliness or how some women wear it to hide their ugliness without anyone even telling them. they use the make up to change the way they look. i guess some cultures think the burqa is a less expensive way

    • @Kmanbay armed robbery's are no where near as common in cities in England than they are in the usa, this being said part of the problem is that nearly ANYONE can get a handgun in the usa without much trouble. but i agree if the person is right in the mind and judgement, an armed citizen would be useful in this type of crime. but they need to control it alot more i'd think
