California to realease 35,000 to 70,000 prison inmates early
Federal judges have ruled that California must release thousands of convicts who haven't served out their sentences because of "prisoner safety" concerns. Overcrowding has created an unsafe environment for prisoners , so they will be released into the public early. So much for the safety of US citizens.
