@Tinkertailor I think Russians are just a bit too comfortable driving in snowy conditions. Here in Calif the highway patrol would have quickly turned on chain requirements and the snow will be a lot less than what's shown in the video. The CHP knows that Californians don't regularly drive in snow so they make us slap them on on the slightest hint of snow.

still beyond me why people are such fucking idiots! I have seen way too many deadly accidents on my time on the fire department and tell everyone when i can that no matter what Passing someone is just not worth it.. passing should be illegal! sry if you disagree, but if you have seen the destruction it causes to the people surrounding the accident directly, you would drive 5-10 Under the limit!
