A man used an SUV to smash through the front of a computer store late Wednesday morning and made off with several laptops.

Bellevue Police Lt. Lisa Patricelli said the man rammed the Computer Sonics store at 219 Bellevue Way several times before breaking through a front window about 11:30 p.m.

"It clearly was an intentional act of ramming into the building to take items from that store," Patricelli said.

Surveillance video of the incident shows the man grabbing items from the store after crashing the back of his SUV into the building.

Owner Moni Chaudhry was at his store early Thursday assessing the damage and trying to determine how many computers the man stole.
