Don't mean to be a downer or party pooper, but let's be honest - none of us would want to be inside that thing if it got hit by an RPG or ran over an IDE. The sacrifice one makes for being fast and nimble in water or land is exposed track threads, weak side and under carriage armor to save weight, allow bouyancy and that escape hatch. Too much glass on the front and bottom front exposing the pilot as well. Sure, the point is to be faster than the enemy, be able to attack via ambush, etc., but More..

lightly armored, lightly armed amphibious fighting vehicle they are trying to sell...unfortunately, the army has had something like this for over 50 years, it's called the M-113. and it's debatable this is much of an improvement.

@kingsize yes but they cost as much as several M113's. The concept is a lightweight cheap armored personnel carrier. That's what the M113 is. They've sold thousands to 30 or 40 countries all over the world since the 1960's - these folks in the post are re inventing the wheel.

Awesome, i want one :) Might be good for a small special forces team to move around trough different types of terrain. Mainly a transport vehicle, and not an offensive weapon. Not technically a tank, as it has no armor, it is made from aluminum and a normal machine gun would rip right trough it. Let alone a 50. cal, or a cannon, or rpg. I wonder how it does on snow though...
