EAST MEADOW, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) — She says she’s a hot dog stripper, not a hot dog hooker.
Despite pleading guilty to misdemeanor prostitution Tuesday, Catherine Scalia, 45, of East Rockaway, denies she sold sex out of her Long Island hot dog truck and vows to be back on the street Wednesday to continue selling her goods.


“I’ll be back out there with my bikini top on, selling my hot dogs.
I’m right in front of Pep Boys on Baldwin in Freeport. I have loads of
customers, everybody loves me, nobody has a problem,” Scalia declared to
reporters.
